Ordering Information I make a limited number of hats each year, preferring quality of workmanship over quantity. Each hat is personally hand blocked and hand constructed. A hat is a very personal accessory and I want to be sure my clients are truly happy with their purchase. I enjoy working closely with my clients and find it is always helpful to have email and or verbal contact. If, however, your preference is to simply place an order via email or Pay Pal, I am happy to oblige. All Diana Francis hats are custom-made to your measurements. Frequently, other colors and trims may be available. Please inquire. The style names of hats may be found by holding your cursor over the picture of the hat. Prices range from $68.00 to $350.00. Please email to inquire about the price of a given hat, as materials costs do change from time to time. Because each hat is custom made I require a non-returnable 50% deposit at the time the order is made. The remainder to be paid before your purchase is mailed. I do of course stand by the quality of my workmanship at all times. Please try on your hat when it arrives and notify me immediately if any alteration is required. Please anticipate a three to six week wait while your hat is made to your specifications. This will give me time to collect all the wonderful materials that will be used to make your very special creation. I am looking forward to working with you! How to measure for an accurate and comfortable fit: 1) Begin measuring at the mid-center of the forehead. Take the tape measure around above and behind the ear, over the bump at the back of the head, above and to the front of the other ear and back to the center of the forehead, lining up with the beginning of the tape, not too tight and not too loose. This should feel like a comfortable position for a hat that you might already own. 2) The second measurement is taken from the tip at the top of one ear over the head to the tip of the other ear.
